  Main job responsibilities

  3. Do a good job in the environmental management and order management of outpatient clinics and famous medical museums to achieve a clean, comfortable, safe and orderly environment。

  4, in-depth investigation of the department to understand the implementation of outpatient work, found problems in time to analyze and solve;Timely report work to the president and vice president of business, and propose improvement measures。

  5, strengthen the construction of medical ethics, assist the relevant departments to do a good job of outpatient satisfaction survey, analysis, put forward measures to improve the work, improve the level of service。

  6, seriously receive the general complaints of outpatients, according to the system to deal with the corresponding work。Major complaints are promptly reported to the hospital Dispute office。

  6. Refuse to accept "red envelopes" and items from patients and their relatives and friends。If the money and goods donated by the patient are difficult to refuse at the time, they shall be handed over to the quality supervision and examination room of the hospital within 24 hours, and the quality supervision and examination room shall cooperate with the relevant departments to return the patient himself or his family。
